Did some warm up sets on the flat bench, then did 6 sets of flat bench negatives with some fairly serious weight, and then did 6 sets of dumbbell press 21’s with decent weight. Finished up with flies. This morning my chest has no idea what the fuck I did to it cause it is refusing to function properly…….lol
